Loving
Our practical acts of love and kindness reflect the love we have been shown in Christ
Jesus calls his followers to love our neighbours in both word and deed. At CCB, as well as loving and serving others within our church community, we also seek to serve the community in our local area in a number of practical ways. We encourage individual church members to be active in reaching out to their neighbours and local community in order to bear witness to the love of Christ.

Plans are currently underway for a drop-in café to start up for anyone in the local area who would like to meet others in a low-key friendly environment.

Once a fortnight a group from church meet to pray and knock on doors in the area to see how we can best serve our neighbours.

We’re keen to help the community. A small way of doing this is donating food to the local foodbank for which we are one of the local drop-offs.
Marriage courses

Even the best marriages need some care and attention from tine to time. These courses are intended to give couples time to think and chat through their married lives together in light of God’s word.

As part of our mission to tell others about the good news of Jesus Christ, we also want to invite people in. We put on a variety of community events so that we might begin a converation about the God we love!
Musical Events

Mostly at Christmas, our musicians and singers push the boat out a little and put on some shows. The carol mashups at the Bedford Pub are always a highlight, but if loud music isn’t your thing, the CCB Christmas choir gets bigger every year.
