History is filled with people who have defected from one side to the other, they have changed alliances and have found a new identity and purpose. This week we continue our series in 1 Chronicles as we look at the relatives of King Saul who defected from his camp to follow their future king; King David. But why would someone choose to change sides? Are things really that bad where they are now? What is the draw on the other side? In exploring these questions we discover the many similarities this story in 1 Chronicles 12 has with our lives today, and why someone would defect from the kingdom of this world to the kingdom of Jesus Christ.
