Simon is married to Tree, whom he met at Imperial College. They have two children, Joel and Erin. Simon joined us from Christ Church Mayfair where he was responsible for the student and music ministries. Previously he’s worked in the city, then for St Helens’ Bishopsgate and UCCF before going to study at Oak Hill Theological College.
Sarah joined us in September 2016. She works as our administrator and with our students. She’s an Aussie with a love of
paper work ChurchSuite (our new admin software) and students. Since she moved to London in 2013 she has worked with UCCF at the Christian Union at Kingston University, having done a similar thing in Melbourne, Australia before that.
Colin started as a music ministry apprentice part-time in September 2015, having led our music for about 7 years previously. He’s passionate about equipping and training our music team to better encourage our church to sing whole heartedly in response to all God has done for us. Colin is also an Elder and is married to Andie, with two sons, Rowan and Robert. The rest of his working week he is a typographic designer.
Christian is married to Helen who works in the NHS. They have two primary school aged daughters; Sian and Jessica. He is a management consultant by profession. His strategic insight and organisation has been hugely helpful at CCB, but also within the wider Co-Mission network of churches. Christian was converted through the ministry of Dundonald Church and became an elder at CCB a few years after we launched. He and Helen were founding members at CCB. They were single in those days. There are all sorts of hidden benefits to church planting!
Gordon is married to Phoebe, who works in social care. He works as a Partner in a firm of Solicitors in Guildford. He was one of the founding elders at CCB. He enjoys fine wine, tennis and holidaying with his wife.

Adam started as a Ministry Trainee in September 2016. He grew up in Northern Ireland and moved to Balham in 2012 to study for a PhD in chemistry. He is married to Pauline and they enjoy baking, camping and long walks.
Jules loves the outdoors. Previously an outdoor instructor and more recently a primary school teacher, she has now come on board as a full time women’s ministry trainee. She’s keen to teach and encourage our women to help grow each other in godliness and maturity in Christ.
Pauline joined CCB in 2012 and has been involved in kids work ever since. Originally from Northern Ireland and married to Adam. She is currently working as a midwife and since 2005 has been involved in children’s work through her church and with different organisations such as Scripture Union and City Missions. She loves to help the kids grow in their understanding of Jesus and teach them the Bible in a fun and engaging way.
