MARTY MONTEITH – Assistant Minister
Marty grew up in a council estate in Lurgan, Northern Ireland, and was blessed to be born into a Christian family. But, he began to take his faith seriously as a teenager and joined a local church. There he learned the importance of christian service and the benefit of having a church family to be encouraged by in the midst of hard times, learning that we should always point each other to Jesus. Marty went to Belfast Bible College in his early 20s with the intention of becoming an RE teacher. However, following the completion of his studies he decided to explore full-time ministry. He then completed a church internship and then did a Master’s in Theology at Oak Hill College. He now resides in South London and enjoys running and a “wee” history podcast.
