Guest Services
We hope that our Sunday services explain the message & significance of Jesus Christ faithfully and clearly. We hope that anyone unfamiliar with the Christian faith will feel welcomed and have some of his or her questions answered on any Sunday morning.
That said, guest services are designed specifically for those investigating the Christian faith. They contain less public prayer or singing than “typical” Sunday services. The focus of the service is a short talk looking at who Jesus is, what he’s done, and why it matters to everyone.
Guest events are for church members who have friends, relatives or colleagues that they wish to bring to a friendly, cringe-free occasion. These are often held at venues like the Exhibit or the Bedford in Balham. Our termly Quiz Nights continue to be very popular.
At both Guest Services and Events the opportunity to follow up what’s been heard by coming to Christianity Explored is given.
